CANCELLATION POLICY
•SKINN MOGUL has a 5 minute grace period upon appointment time. Anything past the grace period maybe subject to rescheduling if service provider see fits. If service provider has to reschedule you to another day it will result in a 30% service fee that is due at next appointment. Client will not be service until payment is complete. • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: due to high volume cancellations and rescheduling SKINN MOGUL has asked that you reach out the day before your appointment to cancel or reschedule failing to do so will result in client paying 30% of their service that will be due at their next appointment. Client will not be service until payment is complete. • NO SHOW: Client that fails to reach out to reschedule or cancel is subject to pay 50% of their service that will be due at next appointment. Client will not be service until payment is complete.
